Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and experience working with big data platforms.

As a Big Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing big data pipelines using Spark, Kafka, Glue, EMR, Hudi, Schema Registry, and Data Lineage.
  • Developing and maintaining scalable and efficient data processing systems.
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of big data analytics and data engineering principles.
  • Experience working with big data platforms such as Spark, Kafka, Glue, EMR, Hudi, Schema Registry, and Data Lineage.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and containerization technologies.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in big data engineering and analytics.
