Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the functional strategy for the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system configurations.
  • Design and configure subscription products, pricing models, and billing rules to meet customer needs.
  • Ensure seamless integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of configurations to guarantee business requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Subscription Management users.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials to equip end-users.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in functional expertise with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal, and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing, and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
