Job Overview

Cvent, a leading meetings and events technology provider, is seeking experienced professionals to join its Client Services Department. With over 4,800 employees worldwide and nearly 21,000 customers across 100 countries, the company offers a comprehensive event marketing platform.

This role focuses on client/account maintenance projects, requiring approximately 100% of your time. Activities include making outbound calls, interacting with clients via phone/emails, and documenting communication in Cvent's CRM software. Key responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge when assisting clients to streamline their sourcing process.
  • Interact with clients over phone/emails to help maintain accounts/databases.
  • Estimate project execution time, deadlines, procedures, and document all communication.

Meet weekly performance metrics and quarterly assessments by demonstrating excellent communication skills, business acumen, ethics, and high integrity. Experience in working on custom tasks, preferably with a travel/hotel background, is required. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are also essential.

The ideal candidate will be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. A quick learner with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team is crucial for success in this role.
