Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Language Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in English and strong communication skills, with experience in educational environments and training management.

This is a full-time role that requires working offline in different states of India, training Indian students in various languages, including German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Japanese.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training services in multiple Indian states, utilizing their linguistic expertise to deliver high-quality training sessions. This role also involves managing training programs, collaborating with clients, and adapting to changing project requirements.

  • Teach languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, or Japanese to Indian students in an offline setting.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Travel extensively across India to conduct training sessions and engage with clients.
Requirements

To excel in this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in language teaching, training management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Certifications from reputable language bodies (e.g., Cambridge, TOEFL, etc.).
