As a French language expert, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality technical support to clients in their native tongue. Your expertise will be essential in resolving issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and documenting solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Offer first and second-level IT support to clients via phone, email or chat in French and potentially English.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software and network issues swiftly.
  • Escalation: Identify and escalate complex problems to the appropriate support teams in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of issues and resolutions within the IT Service Management system.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding issue status and resolution, providing updates and guidance as needed.
  • Culture: Foster a positive and helpful experience for all clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times.
  • Knowledge Management: Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their solutions to improve future incident resolution.
  • SLAs: Meet or exceed SLAs for incident resolution and response times consistently.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Native fluency in French with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including hardware, software and network problems.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions that meet client needs.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of issues and resolutions.
