Key Responsibilities

  • Process and allocate Investigator Payments invoices in accordance with established procedures
  • Verify invoice accuracy and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support team members in maintaining process documentation and SOP
  • Manage and analyze Investigator Payments data for US, EU, and APAC countries
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Investigator Payments, with a strong background in clinical research
