Job Opportunity: CMS Developer

We are seeking a skilled developer with hands-on experience in Akumina CMS and Microsoft SharePoint to join our digital solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content management and collaboration platforms, as well as the ability to design, develop, and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.

The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, and ensuring seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web-based solutions using Akumina CMS and SharePoint Online/Server.
  • Customize SharePoint sites, workflows, and web parts to integrate with Akumina CMS.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure seamless content migration and synchronization between Akumina CMS and SharePoint.
  • Implement security protocols, user permissions, and governance policies across both platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS and SharePoint performance and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, 2016/2019).
  • Experience working with Akumina CMS.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and PowerShell.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, and permissions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft SharePoint certifications (e.g., MS-600, MS-101).
  • Experience with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
