Our Team Leaders

Our leadership team includes the CTO, Engineering Managers (Payroll, Experience, FinX, Foundational Services), and Experience Tribe Leads. Specializing in customer experience, this tribe excels in optimizing platform UI, onboarding, org management, and key operational services like TimeOff, TimeSheet, expenses, and salary revision.

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced engineering leader who's passionate about technology and people. As a leader, you'll play a significant role in growing our engineering team and leading them on technology products that will drive Multiplier's dominance in the space.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead a sizeable technology product from inception to launch, working closely with your engineering team to develop high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with our product and design teams to build products that delight and increase customer success.
  • Architect, build, test, and release features with the highest quality, involving yourself at the ground level and working closely with engineers to identify improvements.
  • Be involved in the hiring process to identify and recruit top engineers worldwide for your team and the rest of the engineering team.
  • Help shape the engineering and team culture by guiding and motivating your reports, contributing to their growth and career development at Multiplier.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ years of industry experience in software engineering and 2+ years as an engineering leader managing a team of engineers to deliver sizeable products.
  • Experience leading product teams and building SaaS products, demonstrating significant impact on both the product and team.
  • Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Go, Python) and ability to learn our tools quickly.
  • Good understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and exposure to one or more Front End stacks (React, VueJS, Svelte, Angular).
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Google Cloud, and scalable distributed systems.
  • Very good understanding and experience with agile approaches to building and delivering software.
  • Extremely data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with complex problems and enjoy solving them.
  • Experience in the overall hiring process of engineering talent and taking on challenging goals.
