Online Faculty Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Online Faculty to join our team.

Job Description:

As an online faculty member, you will be responsible for taking live classes of students and providing doubt solutions. You will also use engaging methods to design effective lesson progression, making students strong in conceptual understanding, application, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and building up a 1:1 connection with students
  • Coaching and mentoring students, sharing weekly progress reports with their parents
  • Onboarding new students, conducting welcome calls
  • Helping students with doubts after live classes
  • Developing content (study materials, questions, presentations, etc.)
  • Responsible for the academic growth of students and satisfaction of parents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in the respective subject from a reputed institute
  • Good academic record in Bachelor's and Master's degrees
  • Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in online/offline teaching
  • Excellent reasoning and communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways
  • Good command over written English, including sentence construction and vocabulary
  • Comfortable working 9 hours per day, 6 days a week
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
