Senior Network Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network issues in a global environment.

This position requires a professional with 6–7 years of experience working with Cisco routing technologies, coordinating with global service providers, and ensuring uninterrupted network availability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform round-the-clock network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Collaborate with global service providers to diagnose and resolve network issues.
  • Ensure high global network uptime and rapid restoration of services.
  • Configure, manage, and support Cisco routing technologies.
  • Provide support for switching and firewall operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication (EXTC) or equivalent.
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is mandatory.
  • 6–7 years of proven experience in network engineering and support.
Key Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Routing technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Switching and Firewalls.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving network outages.
