About the Role

Our mission is to provide every user with a highly personalized shopping experience guided by creators, so they can find exactly what they want in a very short time, while improving their online shopping experience.

We present an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to and grow within the creator-enabled eCommerce space, have the chance to work at an emerging consumer-tech startup, and be an integral part of this dynamic journey.

  • You will roll up your sleeves and take on high-leverage projects — whether it's building a business model, setting up a process, or cracking a distribution hack.
  • You will work closely with leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable projects.
  • You will own key problem statements end-to-end, from framing to execution and iteration.
  • You will build business cases, run fast experiments (market research, MVPs, proof of concepts, GTM pilots) to drive business growth.
  • You will build and manage execution roadmaps, from idea to launch to early scaling.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, growth, operations, etc.) to build and scale initiatives.
  • You will redesign, document, and continuously improve key workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Educational background – Graduation from top tier institutions

Experience (1–2 years) – Preference for management consulting background, or heavy problem solving roles in early stage start-ups

Skillsets:

  • Problem solving & strategic thinking: Ability to break down unstructured problems, think in first principles, and design scalable solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and resilience to setbacks.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with scrappy execution.
  • Data Fluency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Ownership & Multitasking: High sense of accountability, ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, and bias for action in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills: Can articulate ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and synthesize insights.
