Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our finance operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, recording and reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

  • Manage financial transactions using Xero accounting software.
  • Record and reconcile invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits.

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Xero (hands-on experience mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
