of information systems to help in the successful delivery of digital projects that directly align with Dows Digital Transformation As part of these high-performing projects you will be challenged with designing developing and supporting digital solutions to achieve customer satisfaction at the speed of business You will work to apply your knowledge to assist senior team members on a diverse range of innovative high-value projects with the opportunity to grow your career within ESS and Dow I S Responsibilities Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas using expanded conceptual and practical knowledge Works closely with business process teams technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements Manages the Onboarding of EDI Partners Communicates effectively both with the Dow team and with external stakeholders Elemica Potential and Current EDI Customers Communicates status metrics risks and issues on a timely basis Applies knowledge and experience in software development methodologies in order to support work processes Documents detailed designs Builds tests and implements application objects Assists with issue resolution Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements conform to Dow architecture standards and optimize productivity and long-term product system vision Qualifications Bachelors Degree Information Systems or related areas Previous Experience Electronic Document interchange EDI IDOC processing mapping XML preferably EDI standards like ANSI EDI fact Previous Experience with SAP Experience working with external vendors internal stakeholders which includes warehouse 3PL customers carriers Fluent English in verbal and written communications Minimum 5 years of experience Preferred Skills Skills knowledge and abilities must include Strong communication and interpersonal effectiveness skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
