We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to spearhead our Bancassurance/Life Insurance channel in Guntur and other locations. This position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in insurance or BFSI sales who can build relationships with customers and cross-sell financial products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads from assigned banks, directly selling financial products to existing customers, and exploring customer financial needs to recommend appropriate products.
  • Customer and Relationship Management: Our ideal candidate will manage relationships with customers and facilitate the entire sales process from medical reports to policy document issuance.
  • Team Collaboration and Market Development: The successful applicant will support other Relationship Managers and the bank's sales team by coaching on products and services and identifying opportunities to develop new markets in line with our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales in any channel.
  • Experience in insurance or BFSI is mandatory.
  • A Graduate degree is required.
  • A good track record and employment stability are essential.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships is crucial.
