We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Manager to join our team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing legal and regulatory affairs. Your primary focus will be on advising, drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing commercial agreements.

You will also support general corporate legal matters with a solid understanding of the Indian Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.

Your role will involve creating and streamlining processes for efficient contract negotiation and management, including developing and maintaining standard form agreements and legal databases.

You will lead communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external stakeholders.

You will engage proactively with regulatory bodies, providing policy advocacy support, and ensuring compliance with RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other relevant frameworks.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Law Graduate from a recognized university with 3-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably from a law firm.

Experience in fintech, banking, M&A, and/or general corporate legal matters is essential. Prior exposure to debt transactions and the fintech/banking sector is preferred.

You must have strong knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines for NBFCs, SEBI, FEMA, and Companies Act compliance.

A proactive legal professional who can collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with regulatory bodies confidently is required.
