We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate, Compliance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • Supporting daily efforts related to assessing whether employees globally are in compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Providing oversight for surveillance teams across multiple disciplines and ensuring employees are technically apt in carrying out daily responsibilities.
  • Conducting thorough daily analysis of automated surveillance alerts through various trade surveillance systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in surveillance or regulatory roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income cash and derivatives products.
  • Familiarity with market abuse regulations and potential market abuse-related scenarios.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
