Senior HR Strategist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy.

This includes talent acquisition and compliance, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives while fostering a strong organizational culture and operational excellence.

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end hiring strategies to support the company's growth, building strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, and optimizing recruitment metrics.

  • HR Compliance & Governance

You will ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies. Conducting HR audits, managing vendor relationships, and mitigating compliance risks is also part of your responsibilities.

  • Strategic HR Leadership & Business Partnership

You will partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, providing insights on workforce health, talent risks, and people KPIs.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture

The successful candidate will design and implement employee engagement programs, performance management frameworks, and succession planning initiatives.

  • HR Technology & Digital Transformation

You will implement and manage HR processes, focusing on automation, predictive analytics, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • 20+ years of overall HR experience, with 12+ years in HR leadership and Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Mandatory experience with SAP-based organizations.
  • Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition (large-scale hiring, employer branding, workforce planning) and HR Compliance.
  • Experience in scaling mid-sized organizations (250-500 employees).
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor HR teams of 10+ direct reports.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
