The SAP Material Management (MM) consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient operations within an organization's supply chain. This position involves leveraging SAP solutions to enhance the procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Workshop Lead and Gap Identification">Lead workshops to identify areas of improvement and implement strategic changes aligned with business objectives. The goal is to optimize existing processes and align them with industry best practices.">
  3. SAP MM Configuration and Customization">Configure and customize the SAP MM module according to client-specific requirements. This involves setting up and fine-tuning various components to ensure optimal functionality and performance.">
  4. Full-Cycle Implementation Projects">Oversee full-cycle implementation projects for SAP MM, encompassing requirement gathering, design, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.">
  5. Collaboration and Technical Expertise">Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules and external systems. Provide expertise in data migration and conversion, guaranteeing accurate and efficient transfer of data to the SAP ECC environment.">
  6. User Training and Support">Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users, empowering them to utilize SAP MM functionalities effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the SAP MM module, providing exceptional customer service and support.">

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background">Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or a related field; a master's degree is highly desirable.">
  • Professional Experience">Minimum 15 years of experience as a SAP MM consultant, with a strong emphasis on S4HANA implementation.">
  • Technical Skills">In-depth knowledge of SAP MM configuration and customization, along with proficiency in setting up and fine-tuning various components. Familiarity with related SAP modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution) and PP (Production Planning).">
  • Soft Skills">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to diagnose and resolve technical issues.">
  • Certifications and Specializations">SAP MM certification is a plus, and familiarity with process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement is beneficial.">
