Job Description:
As a Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in our content creation efforts, driving the development of high-quality written content across various platforms. You will lead a team of content writers, guiding them to produce engaging, informative, and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional writing skills, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
2. Content Creation and Editing:
Write and edit compelling content for various channels including website, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and more.
3. Team Leadership and Management:
Lead a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them reach their full potential.
4. Quality Assurance:
Implement processes and standards to maintain the quality and consistency of content produced by the team.
5. Performance Analysis and Optimization:
Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other teams such as marketing, design, and product to support integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Preferred).
* Proven experience (5 years) in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating strong writing and editing skills.
* Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a content or editorial team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
* In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms.
* A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
