Job Description

As a seasoned professional in software testing and quality assurance, you will lead a team of testers in planning, executing, and managing testing activities for life insurance systems and applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our life insurance applications.

  • Lead Testing Activities: You will oversee a team of testers to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies based on business requirements, functional specifications, and industry best practices.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: You will design and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets tailored to life insurance business processes and workflows.
  • Requirement Analysis: You will analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Test Case Design: You will create and maintain testing-related documentation including test plans, test reports, and other testing artifacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
