Senior Healthcare Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development and prioritization of product stories. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the product is delivered on time.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and prioritize product stories based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Manage and groom the product backlog to ensure it remains up-to-date and aligned with customer priorities.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and expectations.
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including claims processing, billing, and payment workflows.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies: Practical experience building products in an agile environment.
- Analytical and Communication Skills: Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs to translate them into application and operation requirements.
We require the following qualifications for this role:
- 5-7 years of experience in US Healthcare (RCM, Clearinghouse, EMR/EHR systems, Claims, Patient Access, etc.)
- 2-3 years of progressive work experience in a product role; designing business processes, process mapping, working on process improvement initiatives and business system design.
- A demonstrated mastery of using flowcharting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
