Lead Retail Banking Analyst

At our organization, we are looking for a skilled professional to support and drive a large book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector. This role involves managing client projects in the region, supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research.

The successful candidate will have direct client exposure, reaching C-level executives, with opportunities for rapid learning and business knowledge development. They will contribute to revenue growth and innovation to their domain, ensuring successful project completion.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject, with 5+ years of work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis. Sector experience in financial services, consultancy, or market research is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, including data collection, analysis, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative datasets.
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns and extract insights.
  • Developing tailored solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis, and customized reports or presentations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base.

Requirements:

  • A strong Master's degree in an analytical or quantitative subject.
  • 5+ years of work experience in benchmarking, research, or business analysis.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
