Job Title:

Enterprise Mobility Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Mobility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and configuration.

This role involves acting as a subject matter expert for Windows endpoint management capabilities, providing production support for Windows endpoint management in a geographically distributed environment, and serving as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management.

  • Responsibilities include policy creation, task sequence creation, maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, automating operational procedures, researching solutions to improve end-user experience, collaborating with technical and non-technical teams, participating in projects, communicating technical information clearly, and contributing to community meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant enterprise mobility management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), device lifecycle management, troubleshooting & remote management, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in complex, large-scale environments.
  • Proven success in delivering results on complex cross-functional projects.
