Senior Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Salesforce Test Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in manual and automation testing, as well as a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, ensuring high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure seamless functionality and quality assurance across various Salesforce platforms.
- They will collaborate with Agile teams to identify testing needs and implement effective testing strategies.
- Additionally, they will work closely with developers to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
In order to excel in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of QA/testing experience, with at least 4 years of experience in Salesforce testing.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
- Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, ALM, or similar test management tools.
Prior salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are preferred but not required.
