Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data analytics team at Cadbury. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in data analytics and a proven track record of leading technical teams to success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and business growth, with experience in commercial business domains, ideally in CPG or FMCG industry.

They will be responsible for developing custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.

In this role, you will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions to automate data pipelines, reporting, and insights.

You will play an instrumental part in shaping and prioritizing the features of these solutions in daily operations.

Key responsibilities include working closely with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda, identify and incubate best-in-class external partners, and develop custom models/algorithms to uncover trends that can drive long-term business results.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Required qualifications include experience working with Agile using tools like Jira or ADO, knowledge of KPIs and scorecards, data governance, privacy regulations, and best practices.

Additionally, they will have experience with Master Data challenges between external and internal data sources.
