Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to assume the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level resolution and empathetic customer care through phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer objections, build rapport, and ensure smooth resolutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and tools.
  • Log tickets, track cases, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Effective listening and probing skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

To be eligible for this role, candidates should possess a full-time graduate degree with no backlogs or be a fresher with 0-1 year of relevant BPM experience. They should also be willing to work in US time zones and commit to client-specific training and 24/7 support environment.
