This role is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain exposure to how real transformation is delivered in people's lives. It's a chance to learn operations, communication, and community building in an inspiring environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with participants via phone calls and WhatsApp for confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Gather feedback from attendees and guide them on their next steps after our masterclasses.
  • Maintain organized records in Google Sheets/Excel (registrations, attendance, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Support smooth engagement within our online community.
  • Work directly with the founder to understand how transformational programs are run.

We're Looking For:

  • Candidates with strong communication skills and empathy who can connect with participants warmly.
  • Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, and online tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals with a willingness to learn.
