Email Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing email campaigns that engage our growing community.

The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, website management, SEO optimization, and Google Workspace administration. They will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

In this role, you will work closely with our communications and campaign teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. You will also be responsible for maintaining our websites, ensuring they are fast, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Campaign Management: Design, build, and execute campaigns via Mailchimp, Mailerlite, or similar platforms.
  • Audience Segmentation & Analytics: Segment lists by interest, behavior, and engagement to ensure targeted outreach. Track and report campaign performance using platform dashboards, Google Analytics, and UTM parameters.
  • Digital Deliverability & Setup: Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and optimize deliverability through authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, and sender reputation best practices.
Requirements
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing or CRM communications.
  • Demonstrated experience in website management, SEO optimization, and Google Workspace administration.
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp, Mailerlite, ConvertKit, or similar tools.
