Digital Advertising Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital advertising efforts and drive business results through effective ad strategies.

About the Role

This role is responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising principles, data analysis skills, and experience with campaign optimization techniques.

You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop and execute high-impact ad strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and reduce CPA.
  • Develop comprehensive ad strategies, including targeting, creative direction, bidding, and budget allocation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methods to refine campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure alignment of visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media management.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including advanced targeting and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable campaign results.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
