Cloud Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Architect to lead our team in designing, developing and maintaining complex cloud-native architectures on Azure. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure and highly available solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

  • You will actively participate in technical decision-making and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions
  • Design, build, and evolve end-to-end cloud-native architectures on Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
  • Provision, automate, and manage cloud resources using Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, and robust monitoring/alerting practices
  • Champion clean architecture, rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and static analysis to maintain a high level of code quality

Key Responsibilities

This role requires the following skills and experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a proven track record of designing, building, and shipping complex production systems at scale
  • Cloud mastery (Azure preferred; strong AWS/GCP welcome) with end-to-end ownership of cloud-native architectures, including networking, security, IaC, and cost optimization
  • Polyglot coding expertise with fluency in Next.js / Node.js, C# (.NET Core), Java, Python, JavaScript, and Go
  • Linux mastery with expert-level command-line skills, shell scripting, system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting on modern Linux distributions
  • Distributed and microservices design expertise with authoritative understanding of domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, messaging patterns, and data consistency strategies
