Strategic Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to join our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio. As a key member of the business, you will work closely with the Founder to scale the organization across various functions, including sales, marketing, community, operations, and strategy.

  • Serve as an advisor to the Founders on business strategy across all parts of the business.
  • Own, manage, coordinate, and drive execution for all strategic projects, many of which will be sales/commercial focused.
  • Solve high-impact, cross-functional problems that don't have clear owners.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A passion for joining a growth-oriented journey.
  • An interest in getting deep into commercial strategy.
  • The ability to work in a structured, precise, and multi-tasking environment without oversight.
  • Comfort in a fluid, ambiguous environment.
