We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our team in Rajkot, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, safety compliance, and quality checks.
  • Enforce safety and health regulations, ensuring a clean, secure, and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (internships can be considered for junior roles).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. They should possess a strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications, as well as proficiency in site management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

A successful Site Engineer will provide leadership and direction to the site team, overseeing all aspects of the project from start to finish.
