Job Title:

Senior Marketing Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing high-impact demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth and accelerate sales. They will leverage martech data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI, while partnering closely with sales, inside sales, creative teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing with revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in omni-channel marketing, including search, social, content, and email marketing, as well as a strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead scoring methodologies. They will also have analytical mindset with a deep understanding of campaign measurement and performance optimization, experience in ABM, inbound marketing, and sales enablement strategies, and strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

The Senior Marketing Director will oversee marketing automation processes, CRM integrations, and reporting dashboards to track lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and ROI. They will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and continuously optimizing strategies using Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.

In addition, the Senior Marketing Director will manage and mentor a team of 10-12 marketing professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
