Senior Delivery Manager Role

The Senior Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of cybersecurity projects across both industrial OT and enterprise IT environments, ensuring seamless client satisfaction and exceptional team performance.

This position demands ownership of project delivery, effective team management, and the successful execution of assessments, implementation, and managed services. The candidate will act as a project owner for multiple customer engagements, managing delivery teams, coordinating across functions, and driving outcomes aligned to SLAs, quality metrics, and business value.

  • Lead the execution of cybersecurity projects with strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures.
  • Develop high-performing teams and drive retention through effective people and delivery management skills.
  • Institutionalize reusable delivery accelerators, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices to ensure adherence to delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).

  • Extensive experience in leading cybersecurity projects, preferably with exposure to OT and IT environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality results, meeting SLAs, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across functions.
  • Knowledge of relevant cybersecurity standards, frameworks, and regulations, including NIST, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
