Logistics and Supply Chain Researcher

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can utilize various tools to identify, research, and engage potential business leads in the USA market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to support the Business Development and Sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Utilize Sales Navigator and other research tools to identify and connect with potential clients in the logistics and supply chain industry.
  2. Maintain a database of qualified leads with accurate contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with company goals.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics and freight forwarding space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
  8. Represent the company's brand values in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support (freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
  • Familiarity with Sales Navigator and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
  • Enthusiasm, proactivity, and eagerness to learn about the logistics industry.
