Project Coordinator - Localization and Translation Specialist

The role of a Project Coordinator in the localization and translation team is to oversee the coordination and management of projects from start to finish. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all projects meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project workflows, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including linguists, engineers, and project managers;
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and stakeholders;
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements;
  • Conduct regular progress meetings with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress toward project goals;
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery;
  • Continuously monitor and improve project processes and procedures;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, linguistics, or international relations;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, coordination, or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools;

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • Knowledge of localization and translation principles and best practices;
  • Experience working with translation memory tools and other localization software;
