Job Title: Software Development Specialist

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using Python and React. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills who can work independently and as part of a global team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop complex software features, ensuring they meet the required functional and non-functional specifications.
  2. Collaborate with colleagues to review designs, code, and implementation, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, applying this knowledge to improve our products.
  4. Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, and other technical meetings, sharing expertise and best practices.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of our primary product, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
  6. Support colleagues with questions and provide information on existing implementations.
  7. Explore the application of AI and machine learning techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), operating systems, algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming principles, and databases.
  • Proven experience working on n-tier desktop or client-side web applications using one or more web and UI frameworks.
  • Familiarity with web server technologies and non-functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and security.
  • Knowledge of AI and its application to enhance productivity.
