About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Specialist to join our team. As an SQA Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning & Design: Review product specifications to thoroughly understand the scope, requirements, and functions of our software. Identify relevant parameters, functions, and data to test and validate.
  2. Test Case Development & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project scope and identify business requirements. Develop comprehensive test cases and prioritize testing activities based on risk and criticality.
  3. Manual & Functional Testing: Execute all test cases, performing thorough manual and functional testing. Report defects clearly, defining severity and priority for each, and work with developers for resolution.
  4. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing diligently every time changes are made to the code or defects are fixed, ensuring no new issues are introduced.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Testing: Analyze and monitor product performance. Conduct performance testing to assess system responsiveness and stability under various loads.

Requirements

  • Excellent Manual and Functional Testing Skills
  • Understanding of Complete STLC & SDLC
  • Ability to meet with stakeholders to understand project scope and identify business requirements
  • Capability to develop Test cases and prioritize testing activities
  • Proficiency in executing all test cases and reporting defects, defining severity and priority
  • Experience in carrying out regression testing
  • Experience in Performance testing
