Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing share transfers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will work closely with stakeholders to coordinate transfer processes, including obtaining approvals and preparing documentation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners. They will prepare and update financial statements for partners, including profit shares calculations, and support audit processes by preparing relevant documentation.

Required Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant) and at least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance. They must have a strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. Additionally, they should be proficient users of accounting software and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
