Drive Digital Growth and Transformation

As a key member of our Digital Banking team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the bank's digital business. Your primary responsibility will be to drive adoption and engagement across various customer segments, crafting and executing strategies for new customer acquisition, and increasing customer value through cross-sell, win-back, and transaction intensity.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on customer personas and behavior analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, analytics, and digital marketing, to design and optimize user journeys.
  • Analyse data and metrics to inform growth strategies and measure campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 2-6 years of experience in growth/product marketing for digital businesses or apps.
  • Strong understanding of customer-centric principles and ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools, such as Moengage, Clevertap, Google Analytics, and Adobe.
  • Experience working with marketing tools like Firebase and Appsflyer is a plus.
