About this Role

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Service Management Professional to take on the implementation and support of the SAP SM module, aligning with business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SM functionalities
  • Configure SAP SM for service orders, contracts, warranties, notifications, and customer service processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions
  • Provide expert-level support for SAP SM-related incidents, enhancements, and upgrades
  • Develop comprehensive user training programs and create functional documentation
  • Integrate SAP SM with other modules such as SD, MM, PM, and CRM
  • Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or rollouts
  • Work closely with stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in SAP SM (Customer Service module)
  • Strong knowledge of service order processing, warranties, returns, and repairs
  • Experience with integration to SD, MM, PM modules
  • Good understanding of service processes in industries like Manufacturing, Automotive, or Utilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in SM or related module (preferred)
