Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, developing advanced statistical models, and creating real-time dashboards to track operational performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end data pipelines for operational data from diverse sources.
  • Develop advanced propensity models to solve core business problems.
  • Create real-time dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for operational performance tracking.
  • Perform statistical analysis to optimize field force efficiency and collection strategies.
  • Lead A/B testing of operational interventions and repayment solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity across high-volume transactional systems.
  • Mentor junior team members on operational analytics best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years in Data roles at operations-heavy startups.
  • Proven experience in data modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • Expertise in:
  • SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Power BI/Tableau.
  • Statistical modeling for operational decision-making.
  • Startup-ready mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Built data solutions for field operations or high-frequency workflows.
  • Hands-on propensity modeling for customer behavior prediction.
  • Cloud platforms + Big Data tools.
  • Fintech/financial services background.
  • Experience with CRM/operational BI platforms.
