The RoleWe're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our customer support. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer concerns, answering questions about our product features and capabilities, and providing technical expertise to customers across various industries.
You'll work closely with customers on-site and off-site to troubleshoot issues, develop knowledgebase articles to reduce troubleshooting time, and follow defined CRM processes to manage customer requests efficiently. Additionally, you'll provide guidance, mentorship, and innovative solutions to resolve complex problems.
Your Responsibilities- Understand our product's functionality and how it's used by customers.
- Work closely with customers to answer questions about features and capabilities.
- Develop knowledgebase articles to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
- Follow and contribute to defined CRM processes to manage customer requests efficiently.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
- Coordinate, follow up, follow through, and drive issues to closure proactively.
- Listen attentively to customer issues and provide innovative workarounds or design solutions to fix problems.
- Provide courteous, efficient, and professional technical support via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot intermediate to advanced problems and recommend appropriate actions.
- Use professional concepts and company policies to solve difficult problems imaginatively and practically.
- Manage customer expectations and competing priorities.
- 2+ years of experience in an Application Support role.
- 2+ year's previous experience in an Application Development/Sustenance engineering role.
- Development and troubleshooting skills on the Microsoft platform, with expertise in C.
