Senior Engineering Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineering Leader to spearhead our engineering efforts. As a key member of the team, you will drive system architecture decisions and build scalable systems using Java and event-driven architectures.

  • Develop system design and platform architecture strategies
  • Built high-availability systems utilizing Java (Spring Boot) and distributed architecture frameworks
  • Solve complex technical challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor teams while resolving intricate technical challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of backend development experience, extensive Java expertise (Spring Boot, Hibernate), and hands-on developer skills with ability to work on multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and timelines.
