Senior Scaffolding Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will possess extensive experience in scaffolding management within the Oil & Gas industry. This critical position requires strong leadership skills to oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols, as well as a deep understanding of scaffolding types, materials, and erection procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scaffolding scope of work and guarantee adherence to established safety guidelines.
  • Monitor progress of scaffolding tagging and implement corrective measures when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of scaffolding best practices, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular scaffold inspections, maintenance, and registration, adhering to strict HSE standards.
  • Collaborate with Scaffolding Inspectors to verify all types of scaffolding for use and suggest improvements as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the Oil & Gas sector with similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in English language.
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
