About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in data science and commercial analytics. Your expertise in advanced AI/ML algorithms, NLP, and deep learning frameworks will enable us to stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving pharma landscape.

You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable data pipelines and models that deliver actionable insights to drive sales growth and improve healthcare outcomes for patients. With your ability to craft winning proposals and build high-performing teams, you will accelerate our growth while ensuring profitable delivery and great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting compelling proposals to grow the Data Science Practice
  • Developing and operationalizing scalable processes to deliver on large & complex client engagements
  • Ensuring profitable delivery and great customer experience – designing end-to-end solutions, building the right team, and delivering as per established processes
  • Building high-performing teams by hiring required skills sets and nurturing them in a supporting environment
  • Training and mentoring staff, establishing best practices and ways of working to enhance data science capabilities at Axtria
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Post-graduation or Ph.D. in Computer Science
  • 15+ years of experience in the data science space, preferably with end-to-end automated ecosystems including building data pipelines, developing and deploying scalable models, orchestration, scheduling, automation, ML operations
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytics techniques (regression classification, NLP, etc.) and interpret outcomes of analytical models into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in data management, data modeling, data quality, DevOps, data migration, and data structure integration
  • Expertise in advanced AI/ML algorithms & their applications, NLP, deep learning frameworks, computer vision
