Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at Evalueserve
Exceptional individuals as Gen AI and Data Science Engagement Manager with BFSI client, who has demonstrated advanced consulting skills as well as Advanced Analytics skills i.e., GEN AI, Data Science and Machine Learning in his or her professional life with domain expertise in Banking and Financial Services. The candidate would oversee the development and competency growth of Data Science and GEN AI branch of Data Analytics department. This includes initiating learning and development programs for current data scientist teams to equip them with latest technology and trends in the world of Data Science and Generative AI. Help set new programs and initiatives to cater to our BFSI clients via GEN AI powered solutions. Data Science based analytics offerings to enhance the department business, revenue, and overall growth targets.
• Overall 12+ with at least 10+ years of proven experience in the field of Data Analytics specifically Data Science/Machine Learning/model building/Generative AI application with extensive consulting exposure in key business functions of Corporate Investment Banking (CIB), Treasury management, Retail banking like Personal Loans, Deposits, Credit Cards, Mortgages, payments, Risk and Transformation, account KYC and AML, KYC, Wealth Management, and Investments.
• Strong Understanding and exposure to Generative AI technology including cloud-based AI frameworks specially GCP.
• Have led and mentored large cross functional team of GEN AI Developers, Data Scientists and Data Analysts to work on real world scenarios in BFSI domain to provide decision making solutions via Gen AI and Machine Learning applications.
• Proven track record of overseeing Model Development and Enhancing existing deployed models to improve their efficiency.
• Excellent experience of leadership, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, Client/Business Engagement, project Management and delivering data science-based transformation programs with critical impact for banks and financial institutes.
• Strong Communication and consulting skills that are Instrumental in proposing and executing ideas, solutions, and present deliverables to stakeholders in a time sensitive environment.
• Experience with Agile Project Management methodology, working in agile model with sprint-based development and delivery format.
• Experience in working advanced techniques like Generative AI, Large Language Models, RAG chatbots, Agentic AI, Linear Regression, Logistics Regression, Bagging and Boosting algorithms (Random Forest, XGBoost, GBM, etc.), K Nearest Neighbor, Neural Networks, Time series Forecasting, Neural Network, Deep Learning, and other advanced algorithms.
• Understanding and hands-on experience of complete ML lifecycle, including feature engineering, training, validation, scaling, deployment, scoring, monitoring, and feedback loop.
• Strong experience in Python, PySpark, R, Scala programming.
• Advance SQL query experience to extract and analyze data from big Enterprise Datawarehouse setups.
• Experience working in Cloud Native data Analytics platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloudera etc.
• Robust knowledge of advanced data mining, curating, processing, and transforming techniques.
• Experience of developing new POCs for building team capabilities.
• Working exposure on low default portfolios and adjusting existing models as per requirements
• Working experience on both regulatory based models and customer-based model development and deployment.
What we're looking for-
• Bachelors/master's degree in computer science/data science/AI/statistics, Certification in Gen AI. Master's degree Preferred.
• 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in Data Science/Machine Learning/GenAI/Advance Data Analytics related areas.
• Experience with Gen AI application development over opensource LLMs and cloud-based AI frameworks.
• 8-12 years of experience in banking and financial analytics domain.
• Extensive experience in handling big datasets and working on Python, Pyspark, R, Scala, SAS, Hive, Teradata, Big Data (cloudera), SQL, SAS, Tableau, Unix scripting.
• They should also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong experience in handling significantly large team of Gen AI developers, Data Scientists and Analysts.
