Key Responsibilities:
  • Crafting compelling ideas for multiple brands, driving campaign planning, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborating with the New Business team on creative ideation and pitches.
  • Presenting comprehensive campaign plans to clients, delivering clear and engaging presentations.
  • Maintaining award-winning quality in creative work and identifying opportunities for recognition through industry awards.
  • Reporting to the Creative Lead for direction, feedback, and references on campaigns and creative tasks.
  • Coordinating daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Providing visual direction to the graphic design team on project concepts.
  • Breaking down project briefs for junior creatives, streamlining the process.
  • Managing revisions based on internal or external feedback and adhering to realistic timelines that balance creativity with client goals.
  • Actively presenting throughout the production process, from idea to final product delivery.
