Job Title:

Process Optimization Specialist

We are driving the digital transformation of our business processes worldwide using Robotic Process Automation (RPA). We have already robotized over 700 processes, improving productivity and supporting data mining.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand business context and data structures.
  • Implement IT services to ensure effective delivery of RPA solutions and optimize service quality.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations of the RPA service desk and ensure timely resolution of incidents within defined SLAs.
  • Provide expert advice on standard processes for RPA service management and ensure proactive communication with customers and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular reviews of RPA service processes and workflows, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Studies in computer science or a comparable training path.
  • Experience in acquisition, analysis, project planning, and implementation of business processes.
  • Knowledge of 'IT procedures' and infrastructures, including directory services, file servers, Active Directory, VMWare, ticket systems, PKI infrastructure, software distribution, servers (Windows, Linux).
  • Proven experience in IT service management with a focus on RPA solutions (ideally with UiPath), SAP, and ITIL framework.
  • Good understanding of RPA technologies, platforms, implementation methods, and PAM solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge in database monitoring, SQL, and IT security.
  • Proficiency in at least one common programming or scripting language (e.g. C#, Dotnet, Python, or PowerShell) for deploying/distributing software.
