Job Overview

We seek an accomplished Project Lead to spearhead the implementation of automation strategies across various business functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive RPA roadmaps
  • Overseeing the design and deployment of automation solutions
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of existing RPA processes

The successful candidate will have at least 12-13 years of professional experience in IT or software development, with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Bizagi.

They will also possess experience in managerial or leadership roles, overseeing RPA projects and teams, and demonstrate strong technical expertise in designing and developing RPA solutions.

The Project Lead will be accountable for managing RPA projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as overseeing resource allocation, team performance, and stakeholder management.

They will collaborate closely with sales teams to develop strategies for pitching RPA solutions and assist in closing deals.
